ROSSUKON LERTCHAIPETCH

Rossukon holds a Bachelors Degree in Food Science and Technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology, Thonburi (KMUTT). Her final year project focused on extending the shelf life of processed foods.

After graduation, Rossukon worked as a food processing supervisor with The Union Frozen Product Co. Ltd. Her responsibilities included production planning and overseeing daily operations of the production line to conform with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP standards. Rossukon was also a food inspector for the Maruha Corporation (Bangkok Representative Office).  At Maruha, Rossukon was involved in food quality control and research and development of new packaging and products, specifically for Maruha’s food factory suppliers in Thailand and Myanmar.

Rossukon has  completed the Professional Thai Patent Agent course and is qualified as a Thai Patent Agent  by Department of Intellectual Property , Thailand.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Food Science and Technology
  • Certificated in Intellectual Property Law and Management, by Central Intellectual Property and  International Trade Court.
  • Certificated in Professional Thai Patent Agent organized by Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property.  
  • Registered Thai Patent Agent.
