MANDA TAY
Manda has a first class honours degree in biochemistry from Imperial College, London.
Her degree courses included cellular neuroscience, genetics and genomics, immunology and pharmacological drug action. As her final year research project, Manda worked in a lab to identify antibodies against the Latrophilin G-protein coupled receptor, using phage display technology.
After graduating from Imperial College, Manda completed a Masters Degree at the London School of Economics with a focus on patent law and intellectual property. Prior to joining Axis, Manda completed an internship with Mewburn Ellis LLP, one of the UK’s leading firms of patent attorneys. She is in the process of qualifying as a Singapore Patent Agent specialising in biotechnology.
