MABELLE LIN

Mabelle graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Bioengineering.  Her undergraduate studies involved coursework and laboratory training in engineering fields and biomedical sciences.  Her final year project was on the study of pH and energetic dependency of cardiac cells during cardiac ischemia using a simulation model.

Prior to joining Axis, Mabelle worked in an Intellectual Property law firm in Japan for more than a year as a patent analyst.  Her main responsibilities included collaboration with Japanese Patent Attorneys to devise prosecution strategies for international clients interested in pursuing patent protection in Japan.  She was also involved in various portfolio management and licensing projects during her tenure.

She is in the process of qualifying as a Singapore Patent Agent.
